Staff handbooks, policies and HR procedures

Staff handbooks are a great way of providing information to employees on all employment issues, including how the company operates and the standards and procedures in place.  To manage your employees well, you all need to be clear on what the ‘company rules’ are. We have lots of experience in tailoring your culture, vision and ways of working to company handbooks, ensuring that all current employment law is also reflected. We also offer management training on the handbook as your managers will be the first point of call for addressing and driving employee performance.

New starter checks

We can offer you support in all of the administration that comes with employing a new starter, for example, reference and background checking, right to work in the UK legal checks as well as the long list that needs to be ticked off before you can start on their induction. We can help you create your inductions too!
