Award-winning HR consultancy My HR Hub was founded by Rebecca Bull in 2016. My HR Club – a unique club for those working in HR and managing people – was launched by Rebecca in 2019. For a long time, Rebecca single-handedly ran both My HR Hub and My HR Club. However, due to continued growth, this year has seen big changes for us and we’re now operating with a team of seven!
Helen and Rachael both joined our team in 2020. Helen has been in HR for at least 25 years and worked with Rebecca at Games Workshop for a decade. Rachael has over a decade of experience working in HR within a variety of different industries – Rebecca was Rachael’s first HR manager.
Furthermore, in September 2020 we were joined by 4 new staff members. Tilly is our newest team member and is working at My HR Hub alongside her studies at Nottingham Trent University (NTU) as part of her Digital Marketing Degree Apprenticeship. Just like Rebecca, Sam is an NTU graduate. Previously working in social media, he is helping to facilitate our continued growth and build our digital presence.
Julia and Ben are current Business Management and HR students at NTU, with Ben about to enter his second year at NTU, and Julia her third. They have joined us to provide fresh insight into the world of HR, support us during a high-growth period, and to garner valuable experience in the dynamic world of HR.
The team are all so excited to work together, the pace is fast, exciting and we have so many new plans to come….
