Welcome back, Tilly!

We’re thrilled to share some very exciting news from My HR Hub HQ…

From 1st August 2025, we’re welcoming a familiar face back into the heart of our business. Tilly, who many of you will remember as My HR Hub’s very first employee, is officially rejoining the team as our new Operations Executive!

Tilly’s journey with My HR Hub

Tilly’s journey with My HR Hub began in 2020 when she joined us as an Apprentice Digital Marketer while studying for her BA Hons at Nottingham Business School. Over those three years, she made a lasting impression, helping shape our digital presence, leading Club communications, experimenting with new tools, and leaving her creative stamp on many of our marketing activities.

Since graduating in 2023, Tilly has been working full-time in the charitable sector as a Social Media Co-ordinator, continuing her passion for digital communication and community building.

But as My HR Hub continues to grow, supporting an increasing number of start-ups, SMEs, charities and fast-growth businesses, it felt like the perfect time to bring Tilly back into the fold in a broader, more strategic role.

A message from Rebecca, founder of My HR Hub

We are all over the moon to welcome Tilly back into the My HR Hub team from 1st August 2025.

My HR Hub, the UK’s first HR ‘one stop shop’, was created in 2016 to support businesses and charities with all their HR and business needs in one place, helping them become compliant, attractive and an employer of choice.

Starting my ‘family business’ gave me the flexibility to raise my daughters, Matilda (Tilly) and Maisie, and it’s been a joy to have them involved from the beginning. In fact, our company logo was chosen by my Mum, Jeanette, because it reminded her of her three girls, a beautiful tribute to our trio.

I graduated from Nottingham Trent University Business School in 2001, and just nine months later, baby Tilly was with me on my graduation day. Fast forward to 2016—Tilly and Maisie were both helping out at our launch party, running the raffle and handing out goodie bags!

Tilly officially became our first employee in 2020 while completing her Degree Apprenticeship at the same university I graduated from. It’s been a full-circle moment watching her grow, both personally and professionally.

We are delighted to welcome Tilly back in a newly created Operations Manager role. She’ll work across all areas of the business, including Marketing, Events, Client Management and Business Development, supporting us and our partners as we continue to grow.

Welcome back, Tilly. The team and I are so excited to have you with us again and can’t wait to see what the next few years bring. (I’ll put the kettle on!)
