A growing company going through a period of change and restructure required specialised HR support to facilitate the company’s transition and deal with a deeply change-resistant staff adhering to engrained working practices that were not to the benefit of the business.
What we did
My HR Hub initially conducted an assessment of the business’s staffing levels and evaluated the role and scope of each individual employee in the business. It became clear that there was work to do on the company structure and working practices had to be improved.
Due to a lack of transparent data, we implemented a new company-wide HR System to improve the tracking of holidays and sickness and streamline HR reporting.
Employees were issued with revised job descriptions, new contracts, an employee handbook and updated internal policies.
We also worked with the client to introduce a range of new, attractive employee benefits in order to attract and retain staff. This included a company-wide health and wellbeing strategy and working from home, where applicable.
