My HR Hub and the team are excited to announce that we are expanding our multi award winning business. We are a National HR Consultancy based in the East Midlands and support clients remotely from Cornwall to London to the Midlands and North Scotland. As we have grown Regionally and Nationally, we feel it is now time to have dedicated HR Business Support and Consultancy in the area of the North West.
As such we are delighted to introduce Rachael Tweddle to our team.
Rachael is a previous client of My HR Hub’s and is perfect fit for our business values and team fit as well as experienced and ambitious to join our business in the next growth phase.
Rachael will be joining My HR Hub as a HR Business Partner/Consultant after working in HR for many years, most recently as Head of People at an SME in Derby. Rachael made the decision to specialise in HR after many years working in retail, where she started as a sales assistant and was promoted many times becoming a HR and training manager and an area manager. She has worked with some great managers and teams over
the years and is driven by supporting great places to work and fantastic cultures and has since qualified to CIPD level 7 qualified and has recently completed her Master’s in Human Resource Management.
Rachael, located in Yorkshire, says on her exciting move, “ I have known My HR Hub and the team, for a few years now, I appreciate what My HR Hub offers clients and the core values it has as a reputable business, it has been great to see the business grow across the UK and become multi award winning, the latest award was a ‘Professional Services National
Award’, so it is a great time to join the team to enable more businesses to achieve their growth ambitions and people plans in the Northern cities of the UK. I look forward to personally meeting start up’s, small businesses, fast growth’s and Charities in the months to come.”
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys walking with her springer spaniel, swimming and yoga. She loves a good crime thriller book, loves pop music (the cheesier the better)!
